The tennis icon of India, Sania Mirza quits the wedding alliance with her childhood friend Muhammad Soarab. Even though they were good friends from childhood, they realized after their engagement that they can’t live together. Sania’s ring exchange ceremony conducted few months back was the greatest news of that time.

Muhammad Soarb is from a reputed business family of Hyderabad and was studying MBA in Britan at the time of their ring exchange.  Saina Mirza is not willing to say the exact reason of their split to the media. The new version of Mile Sur Mera Tumhara – The song of India released on today. The new version of the song released by Zoom TV after 22 years after the 1st version of the song. 60th Annual Berlin International Film Festival 2010 News


The 60th annual Berlin International Film Festival 2010 starts on February 11 and will end on February 21, 2010 in Berlin, Germany. It was founded in 1951 and Werner Herzog will be the President of the Jury of 2010 Berlin International Film Festival.

The Indian film industry is soon going to be known world wide with the international projects Kites and My Name Is Khan and Grammy nominations for A.R. Rahman and Amjad Ali Khan. The film Kites narrates the story of a young con-man who lives in Las Vegas and is always ready to make fast money in any way possible, always looking for the big scores. The Bollywood film directed by Anurag Basu, produced by Rakesh Roshan which was also written by Anurag Basu himself is starred by Hrithik Roshan, Barbara Mori, Kangana Ranaut and Luce Rains. The movie Kites music by Rajesh Roshan and cinematography done by Ayananka Bose is distributed by Big Pictures. This love story film will be featuring better in the International Film Festival Berlin. Editor Brett Ratner is currently at work on the English version of Kites and is tailoring it to appeal to the international audience.

And Shah Rukh Khan-Kajol Bollywood film My Name Is Khan which is based on terrorism is also selected to screen at the 60th annual Berlin International Film Festival. This is expected to be a block buster as it is directed by the hit maker Karan Johar. Thus, 2010 is going to be great year for Bollywood.

The SRK – Kajol – Karan Johar team Bollywood film My Name is Khan release date is 12 February 2010. The upcoming film My Name is Khan is based upon an incident. The trailer for My Name Is Khan was released on 16 December 2009 across 70 countries.

The plot of My Name is Khan is as follows. Sharukh Khan in My Name is Khan as Rizwan Khan grew up with his mother in Mumbai and later when he grows in to adult Shahrukh Khan moves to San Francisco and lives with his brother and sister-in-law. He then falls in love with Kajol as Mandira, in My Name is Khan film. Sharukh and Kajol in My Name is Khan marries later. Rizwan and Mandira then begin to face a number of troubles which cause them to separate. Rizwan then starts a long journey across the United States to get Mandira back.

Karan Johar signed a deal for 1 billion INR with Fox Searchlight Pictures, to market and distribute it in India and worldwide as well. The upcoming movie My Name is Khan is to be screened at the Berlin International Film Festival in February 2010. It will gain a new and better respect for Indian film industry.
